• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

• Opened packages of pens, markers, or other writing instruments
• Used notebooks, journals, or paper products
• Opened paint sets, inks, or liquid craft supplies
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards or digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team
